1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GlobalBazaar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older
• You are responsible for your account security

3. ⭐ Auto-Order Confirmation (2 Days Rule)

• Confirm within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product
• If not confirmed: Order will be automatically marked as delivered
• Disputes: Must be filed within 2 days of delivery

4. Seller Terms

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions
• Commission: 10% for Electronics, 15% for other categories
• KYC verification required for withdrawals

5. ⚠️ Platform Policy

GlobalBazaar is not responsible for any transaction made outside the platform. Any transaction done outside GlobalBazaar violates our terms and conditions, and the platform will not be liable for any loss, fraud, or dispute arising from such transactions.

6. Refund and Dispute

• If not received within 7 days, request a refund
• Disputes must be raised within 2 days of delivery

Seller Agreement

Commission: 10% for Electronics, 15% for other categories

Gateway Fee: 3% + $0.49

Handling Fee: $1.50 per order

Payment Release:

• ✅ Buyer confirms delivery → Payment released to seller via GBPay
• ✅ Auto-confirm after 2 days (if buyer doesn't confirm)
• ✅ Weekly withdrawal available (Monday & Friday)

📌 Commission Structure:

• 🔹 Electronics: 10% Commission
• 🔹 Fashion, Home, Beauty, Books, Toys: 15% Commission
• 🔹 More profit for sellers 💰
